Registration Fee
There is a $25 non-refundable fee per family charged at the time you enroll your child.
Security Deposit
New enrollments will be required to make a deposit equal to one week's tuition for each child enrolled. The security deposit reserves a space for your child and may be done up to 9 months in advance of needing care. This deposit will be refunded when your child withdraws from the center and all financial obligations are met. Please note: A two week written notice must be given or the deposit will be forfeited, this includes spots being held prior to starting.
Tuition
Tuition is due on Friday for the care that is being given the following week. Failure to pay your tuition by Monday will result in a late fee being added to that week's tuition. The late fee is $1.00 per day. We accept checks, cash, money orders, Visa, Discover or MasterCard. We accept Title XX.
Full-time tuition is based on a 5-10 hour day, five day a week schedule, not to exceed 50 hours a week. An additional charge of $5.00 per hour will be incurred for any time over 10 hours per day, for early arrival or late pickups past your contracted time. Additional charges should be paid with your next tuition payment. Should you require care beyond 10 hours per day (i.e. due to long commute to work), please discuss with management. There will be an additional amount added to your weekly tuition. Part-time tuition is based on scheduled hours on either a per day basis not to exceed 10 hours, or on a weekly basis not to exceed 4 hours per day for Preschool & PreK morning program. Wraparound care for PreK Counts is also available as part-time tuition.
Tuition will be charged if your child is absent due to illness, personal reasons, emergency, or an official closing of The Cuddle Zone Learning Center. If your child will be absent for three (3) consecutive weeks or more, you may request a temporary leave of absence. This request must be in writing and is at management’s discretion. If not approved by management, you will be responsible to pay your weekly tuition during the leave of absence.

The Cuddle Zone Learning Center offers a discount to its clients for pre-payment of tuition using cash or checks. Credit card payments are not discounted. Tuition must be paid in advance to receive the following:
There are no discounts for prepayment or sibling discounts available on PreK Counts wraparound tuition, Kindergarten tuition or on credit card payments.
